Bill helps harness moments and has done so for years. Over his 30+ year career, he has worked with a wide variety of sports and entertainment properties that that bring people together to learn, share and cheer, delivering incredibly motivating moments of consumer engagement. Across the many partnerships Bill has built, nurtured, and renewed, he has helped brands harness consumer rituals and patterns to enrich, uplift, and make better the consumer experiences delivered across the events.
Bill was most recently the Chief Commercial Officer of the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, where he and his team’s mandate included partnership, fundraising, ticketing, broadcast, licensing, and merchandise. At the time of his departure, revenue generation was at 85% of target toward a 22M CAD goal with over a year to go.
Previous to that, he was a founder and the Chief Operating Partner of TTG Canada (one of Canada’s leading strategic marketing, brand strategy, and sponsorship agencies), where he helped build and lead the team for 13+ years. In this role, Bill worked across a multitude of projects and accounts, and supported bids that brought a number of high-profile events to the Vancouver area. Of note was his role in bringing the HSBC Canada Sevens to Vancouver which included him being seconded over to Rugby Canada to work as the CEO for the first two editions of both the men’s and women’s tournaments.
Leading into his time at TTG Canada, Bill was the Director of Commercial Rights Management for the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Prepping him for work on a major Games in his hometown were foundational years in the industry during which Bill established himself as an industry leader in the commercial rights, sponsorship, sport, and entertainment space. In those early years, Bill worked with Bell Canada and Cossette marketing agency in Canada, and ESPN Star Sports and Sports International in Asia.
Bill is also an enthusiastic supporter of women in sport, serving as a volunteer board member with Canadian Women & Sport and the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada. He can also be found at many a community sport venue cheering on his four children.

Laurel offers valuable communications, project management, finance, operations, and human resources insights, learned through a varied professional background ranging from government trade offices and start-ups to live events and agencies. She balances her passion for creative communication and working with people, with a zeal for putting in place processes that create operational efficiency.
Previous to starting her own consultancy, Laurel was the Senior Director of Finance and Operations at TTG Canada (one of Canada’s leading strategic marketing, brand strategy, and sponsorship agencies), where she had primary responsibilities for corporate finance, operations, and human resources. She also oversaw the fiscal management and operational budgets of large-scale campaigns and live events, including the espnW Summit Canada.
Prior to that, Laurel worked as a project manager at a dot.com start-up in Asia, as an executive assistant at the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei, and as a layout and design editor and social events coordinator at the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, before setting up shop as a freelance web designer and communications consultant for a number of years. Building off her degree in Journalism, she has also worked as a copy editor.
On top of serving on the North Shore Girls Soccer Club and North Shore Female Ice Hockey Association boards, Laurel also has over 10 years of experience volunteer coaching, as well as managing community and high-performance sports teams. Most of her experience in logistics and diplomacy, however, probably comes from overseeing a household with four active children and two dogs.
